Chicagoland traffic congestion is bad and getting worse. What most people don't realize is just how much this gridlock is costing them … and our region.
On Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, the Metropolitan Planning Council will release a new, groundbreaking report, Moving at the Speed of Congestion, that identifies the actual cost of congestion in our region, and provides an analysis of its global, regional and individual effects.
