Michael A. Pagano, professor of public administration at the University of Illinois at Chicago, has been appointed dean of the UIC College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs effective July 28, pending approval by the University of Illinois Board of Trustees.
Pagano, an expert on infrastructure and city finances, has served as interim dean since September. He replaces Robin Hambleton, who returned to the University of the West of England as professor of city leadership. Click for Details
